We build Self Confidence and teach RESPECT!

Our nationally recognized childrens martial arts program has helped thousands of children reach their full potential. Using innovative methods and just the right amount of fun, we teach our young students life skills and physical skills that will benefit them now and as they grow into adults. We emphasize non-violent conflict resolution and teach children to recognize and avoid lures and threats. But for those rare instances where they may need to defend themselves, our curriculum combines the most practical and effective self defense techniques from a variety of martial arts disciplines. While we emphasize character development, our curriculum is designed to ensure that children are prepared, mentally and physically, to neutralize physical threats.

Your child will learn a blend of Traditional Tae Kwon Do, American Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Grappling and basic MMA in order to make them a well rounded martial artist and prepare them to defend themselves if needed but more importantly how to prevent!

Parents Love Our Programs!

Your child will build character in our award winning program as we reinforce the values you teach at home like honesty and integrity. They will develop self-discipline, control, respect for adults and courtesy for others in a positive and fun learning environment. We build healthy bodies and fitness awareness by developing your child's balance, coordination and motor skills. Our qualified instructors offer a sensitive approach to the issues facing children in today's society, teaching them safety and awareness. We give your child the special attention they deserve while making their learning experience fun and interesting!

We understand that younger students have a shorter attention span. Working with child development specialists and experts in child education, our teaching methods have been designed to ensure that children learn quickly and retain what they learn. During our classes, we include small group activities, role playing, and other excercises.

And finally, we recognize that in pre-teen years, peers become more and more influential. As a result of our emphasis on character development, parents regularly tell us that the children in our program are the kind of kids they want their kids to have as friends.
